Your Impact

In this role, you will help design and implement complex multi-model AI systems that integrate LLMs and traditional ML to power real estate technology. Youll work on backend applications that provide functionality and data ready to be integrated into AI-driven solutionsenhancing real estate products such as RentCafe, CommercialCafe, and more.

Youll leverage your expertise to build and improve products used by thousands of users, seeing your work go live and make a real impact. If youre looking to deepen your skills by developing and implementing solutions for challenges like recommendation systems, content generation, multi-model orchestration, and ML/LLM integration, this role offers an ideal next step. Youll be part of a locally led team that develops object-oriented solutions using multiple programming languages such as Perl, Python, and otherscollaborating with experienced colleagues and managers who know our products inside and out.

This hybrid role requires working from the office at least once a week, so please take into account that you should be based in or near Cluj-Napoca.

What youll bring along:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development and integration
• Experience with LLM operations such as fine-tuning, multi-modal integration, end-to-end pipelines, and RAG implementations
• Proficiency in analyzing AI models, data vectorization, and embedding strategies
• Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Experience with Azure services, including Azure AI Foundry and Azure Machine Learning is considered a plus
• Experience with API development, microservices, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team mindset

What youll do:

AI Solution Development

• Design and implement sophisticated AI systems, including RAG architectures, multi-modal orchestration, and hybrid ML/LLM solutions
• Build production-ready AI applications with robust monitoring, governance, and scalability
• Optimize model performance and operational costs
• Implement enterprise MLOps pipelines for automated training, deployment, and monitoring
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies for practical application in client products

Team Collaboration & Mentorship

• Define AI best practices and development standards for the organization
• Mentor junior AI engineers and support cross-functional team members
• Collaborate on AI transformation projects involving data, software, and business stakeholders
