Role Overview
As a Software Developer at NACOS Marine, youll work on mission-critical systems like ECDIS (Electronic Chart Display and Information Systems), radar integration, and navigation sensor interfaces. Your code will literally help guide ships across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software for integrated navigation and automation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver robust solutions
- Participate in agile development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to radar integration projects and advanced navigation functionality

Key Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong skills in object-oriented programming, like C# or C++
- Familiarity with radar systems, navigation tech, or signal processing is a big plus
- Experience with agile tools (Azure DevOps, Jira) and Windows-based systems
- Knowledge of advanced network systems is an advantage
- Security clearance eligibility (per Norwegian NSM regulations)
- Fluent in English, curious, and eager to learn new technologies
