Mirror Controls international (MCi), a Flex company, is the global market leader in mechatronics solutions for automotive rear-view side mirrors. With over 80 million annual units produced on 3 continents. In addition MCi is expanding its product portfolio to other Automotive actuation solutions such as Active Aerodynamics & Motor cooling management.
We are currently looking for a Software Engineer, based in Woerden, NL.
Here is a glimpse of what youll do
- Design and develop real-time embedded software for existing and new products, ensuring innovative and manufacturable solutions.
- Analyze high-level designs, propose detailed module designs, and use technical know-how for code efficiency.
- Review developed code (including colleagues), test quality and functionality, debug and troubleshoot as needed.
- Participate as a point of contact in multidisciplinary project teams, liaising closely with the Architect to meet design principles.
- Document all required software data, coordinate version control, and ensure timely realization of software deliverables.
Here is some of what we are looking for
- Bachelors degree (MSc preferred) and relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of C, C++, Python, communication busses (LIN, CAN, SPI, I2C), and SW/HW architectures.
- Familiarity with V-model development, Scrum, ASPICE, Functional Safety, and Cyber Security is a plus.
- Excellent time management, analytical thinking, and communication skills; English required, Dutch willingness to learn.
- Innovative, determined, team player with strong customer relationship and process skills.
