You will
In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and integrating generative AI solutions that enhance our ability to combat financial crime. You will work on designing, developing, and operating generative AI tools and technologies to protect our customers, communities, and the bank.
Additionally, you will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions that redefine financial crime risk management.
Your Profile
We are looking for a highly skilled AI developer with a strong foundation in Python and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software engineering projects. You should possess an expert understanding of LLMs, generative pre-trained transformers, RAG strategies, and agentic AI.
Key qualifications include:
- Practical experience in designing and building scalable data pipelines for generative AI solutions (e.g., SQL, APIs, vector databases, relational databases).
- The ability to ingest, clean, and structure large volumes of both structured (data lakes, databases) and unstructured data (images, text, documents).
- Familiarity or hands-on experience with cloud data infrastructure, such as AWS, including optimisation of storage and query performance.
- Prior expertise in AI, with a specific focus on generative AI and its applications.
