What Youll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that optimize processes and unlock insights.
• Build predictive and generative models using modern ML frameworks.
• Collaborate with business and tech teams to turn ideas into scalable solutions.
• Stay ahead of the curve by integrating cutting-edge AI research into real-world applications.
• Develop APIs and integrate AI models into enterprise systems for seamless adoption.
• Stay current with the latest AI/ML research and technologies, integrating innovative approaches into solutions.
• Contribute to defining best practices and governance for responsible AI implementation.

What Were Looking For

• Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• At least two years of experience in an engineering or similar role.
• Strong skills in Python, SQL, and data preprocessing.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Snowflake) and version control (Git).
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience with LLMs, AI, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, Pytorch).
• A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge across teams.
