THE ROLE & YOUR MISSION

- 3+ years of experience
- Proficiency in a modern frontend framework, ideally React (Vue or Angular are also great)
- Hands-on experience with NestJS / NodeJS or a similar technology stack
- Experience with or knowledge of Python
- Strong comprehension of restful APIs
- A creative, problem-solving mindset that drives your work
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Romanian
- Knowledge on LLM's
- Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques
- Knowledge on RAG
- Practical experience with Kubernetes and MongoDB
- Deployments/ infrastructure
- Engage effectively with our counterparts in the Dublin and Cluj AI team.
- Operationalize prototypes developed by the Dublin or local AI teams.
- Ensure seamless handover of operationalized prototypes to business technology teams.
- Thrive as a collaborate developer in an Agile environment.
- Embrace a lifelong learning mindset, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Establish and maintain best practice development frameworks and standards, such as Prompt Engineering.
- Develop practices and guidelines to improve consistency and reuse of solutions.
