About the job

We are seeking a software engineer to join our international Scrum team of 8 members, dedicated to developing cloud-native Border Gateway Function (BGF) as part of our IMS Media Gateway (MGW) solution. The team focuses on delivering scalable, high-performance, carrier-grade media functions using cutting-edge cloud-native technologies. Youll be working on critical network elements of our IMS core the SBG, BGF, and MRF components. These products enable reliable and secure IP-based voice, video, and messaging services in telecom networks. Your work will directly impact the scalability, performance, and interoperability of services used by millions of subscribers daily. BGF handles RTP media flows between access and core networks under policy control.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain cloud-native IMS MGW components with an emphasis on performance and scalability
• Collaborate in an agile team environment to design, implement, and deliver high-quality software features
• Solve complex technical challenges related to 5G-ready telecom infrastructure
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and technology stack

The skills you will bring:

• Strong experience in C++ development
• Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native concepts
• Understanding of containers and microservices architecture
• Experience working in Agile teams
