Your Future Role
+ Lead architecture and implementation of our internal GenAI assistant & agent platform
+ Design secure, scalable systems (RAG, embeddings, prompt chaining, role-based access)
+ Make key infrastructure decisions (Azure: Container Apps, Functions, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, etc.)
+ Guide and mentor junior devs on DevOps/MLOps and quality engineering practices
+ Own core backend services, data pipelines, and CI/CD readiness
+ Collaborate on product roadmaps and rollouts
+ Ensure enterprise-grade integration and alignment with security standards
What You Bring to the Team
+ 6+ yrs in software engineering or technical team leadership
+ 3+ yrs in AI/ML systems, applications, or data pipeline delivery
+ Hands-on mindset for end-to-end AI application development
+ Experience deploying enterprise ML/AI/Data apps in cloud environments
+ Fluent English for technical and cross-functional team collaboration
+ Solid grasp of CI/CD, Docker, automated testing, and production monitoring
